Why Use Dutchman Tree Farms?

Dutchman Tree Farms is a family-owned and operated business Christmas tree farm with more than 35 years of experience. You will be working directly with us, so there are no middlemen; no hidden fees and we're available to answer questions about your Christmas Fundraiser any time. We've been coordinating fundraising programs for a number of years and our clients have been very pleased with the results.

How Can My Organization Get Involved?

Signing up is simple! Just fill out and submit the form on the right. Once you sign up we will email you a promotion code for your organization and you will have access to all the resources you need online, including a web link and downloadable handouts and posters. People can begin submitting orders as soon as you receive your code. Your organization will profit from all orders that are entered with your code.

How Long Will the Fundraiser Last?

Your organization may sign up for the fundraiser anytime. Customers can start placing orders on October 1, 2011 and all orders must be submitted by December 14, 2011 to ensure delivery of trees. Based on your sign-up date, the program can last anywhere from 3 to 14 weeks.

What are the Prices?

Your organization won't have to worry about collecting money since all orders will be paid for online and orders will be delivered to each person's home. All the products have FREE SHIPPING. Your organization will receive $10 per tree and $5 per wreath.

Note: all the products have FREE SHIPPING. There will not be a charge for shipping.

When Will the Items be Delivered?

The customer chooses from nine different shipping dates when they place their order. Customers will have the option of shipping their order Tuesdays or Thursdays starting November 15th 2011 and ending December 16th 2011. Orders are delivered two-five business days from the ship date depending on where they are shipped.

Green2Green Fundraiser Agreement

Our group or organization ("Organization") agrees to raise funds for itself by selling the products sold by Dutchman Tree Farms LLC ("Green2Green") and offered on the Dutchman Tree Farms website that will be designated for our fundraiser at: www.DutchmanTreeFarms.com/Organization/promotionalcode.

The Green2Green fundraiser works as follows:

  • There are no costs to sign up for the fundraiser with Green2Green
  • All orders will be taken online at the designated Green2Green website
  • The fundraiser will take place during the time agreed upon
  • All products will be shipped by Dutchman Tree Farms directly to the customer on the date chosen at the time of the order
  • Sales Tax will be collected if applicable based on SHIP TO address and remitted to appropriate state taxing authority by Dutchman Tree Farms LLC
  • Organizations will receive at no cost:
    • Customized promotional flyer that can be printed locally at Organization's own expense or emailed in PDF format to potential customers
    • Green2Green Fundraiser Success Manual
    • Access to additional Green2Green marketing materials
  • Organization's commission for each product will be as follows: $10 per tree (cut or container), $5 per wreath. NOTE: Commissions will be deducted for any returned items
  • Organization will be mailed a check (USPS First Class Mail) within 30 days of the last product ship date for either the Spring or Fall Fundraiser
  • Organization understands it will receive a FORM 1099 in January after the close of the calendar year if commissions exceed $600
  • Dutchman Tree Farms reserves the right to modify product offerings, pricing, and minimum order amounts at their discretion.
  • This Fundraising Agreement may be terminated with a 30-day written notice.
