WHITE SPRUCE (PICEA GLAUCA)

The White Spruce carries a cone-shaped crown and has short needles. It can reach a height of 60 feet tall and grows best along stream banks and lakeshores where there is moist, acidic and loamy soil.  This White Spruce tree is grown in Northern Michigan at Dutchman Tree Farms Landscape Nursery for Balled and Burlap (B&B) Evergreens.

Soil Type: Acidic, Drought Tolerant, Loamy, Moist, Sandy, Well Drained, Clay
