The Green2green fundraiser is held twice a year, once in the spring and again in winter which is the Christmas Fundraiser. Each fundraiser has its own unique product mix.
During the spring fundraiser the products consist of
- Container Grown Evergreen
- Rubel Blueberry Bush in pack of 2
- Seedlings in pack of 25
During the Christmas Fundraiser the products consist of:
- Traditional 6-7’ Christmas Tree
- 3-4’ Table Top Christmas Tree
- Live Christmas Trees
- Christmas Wreaths
- Other Christmas accessories
Both the spring and the Christmas fundraisers are easy to manage:
- They are risk free
- They do not require you to handle the products
- The fundraisers are online based.
- All products and Christmas Trees are purchased online and shipped, directly from our farm to each person’s home via UPS
- Group promotional code assures the credit to the group for each purchase
- Throughout the fundraisers, the group leader is able to track all sales and see how much money has been earned
- After the last ship date a check will be mailed to your organization
The fundraiser will last anywhere from 3-10 weeks. When orders are placed the participant will have an option of at least 6 different ship dates. There is an ordering deadline for each fundraiser. Products ship every week on Tuesday and Thursday for about one month. Up to 10 different shipping addresses can be added to an order with multiple products going to each address for gifting purposes. Products can be sent as a gift and include personal message. All products will have FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental US. *Some states will not be able to receive Live Christmas trees or the Container Grown tree due to regulations.
Once a group signs up:
- There will be an approval process
- An email will be sent with the group's specific promotional code
- A login will be provided to get useful marketing materials and track sales by using the e-mail address provided at registration
- they have to login and select the box indicating their desire to participate in the active or current fundraiser
(Once a fundraiser is completed for that season then the other fundraiser becomes the active fundraiser, groups will not be able to have supporters place orders until this is checked in their login page)
After registration login can be used to track sales. Other useful tools can be found on the login page such as:
- A link to e-mail potential donors requesting them to visit the Dutchman Tree Farms web-site fundraiser products page. Using the link provided in the e-mail the group code will automatically inserted in the correct field within the online order form.
- Customizable flyers and posters can be downloaded and used for promotion of your fundraiser.
